The Little Drom Store x Hansel SS 12 " Tiers of Joy "

Titled "Tiers of Joy", Jo Soh from Hansel took inspiration from the traditional Peranakan dessert, the Kueh Lapis for her latest SS 12 collection. Kueh Lapis means "layered cake" in Malay and is also known as "nine layered cake" for its nine distintive colored layers.

For the jewellery range, Hansel partnered with The Little Drom Store. The result of their collaboration gave birth to a 6-piece collection featuring brooches, stud earrings and pendant necklaces that has the Kueh Lapis design. In sets of 5, the rings and necklaces features individual enamel strips of 5 colors that make up the snack. They can also be worn separately.

The price for this collection ranges from SGD$36 to SGD$76 and is available at The Hansel Store at Mandarin Gallery.

    Oh my goodness hun. Cravings to the max! Everytime I go back home I ALWAYS have to find some of these to eat. It is seriously one of my favourite Malaysian desserts. Mmmmmmmmmm haha. I would definately say this was GREAT inspiration for their jewellery line haha. Btw their illustrations are sooooooooooooo cute! ^_^
