I came across this top when I was shopping at Hong Kong wholesale shopping centers. I really liked the colors and design of this top. The minnie mouse plushie bag charm is one of my favorite purchases in Hong Kong Disneyland. It just adds a nice touch to the bags I own. I also customised a leather bracelet at Hong Kong Disneyland. LOVED the mickey mouse holes and the Sleeping Beauty ( my favorite Disney Princess ) charm :) I also discovered a Hong Kong label called Natkiel from whom I bought some of the bracelets above and the studded necklace. I miss Hong Kong already :(

Instagram Diary: Hong Kong 2012

I just came back from Hong Kong yesterday and here are all the photos I have taken and uploaded on instagram :) Thanks for all your emails and sending me all your itineraries :) I had a great time in Hong Kong! As you can see I shopped a lot, there were many great and affordable buys in Mong Kok, Sham Shui Po and Causeway Bay. Most of my buys were below SGD$20. I had a great time at Shenzhen as well as all the shoes are only SGD$7 over there! So do make a trip down to Shenzhen if you are at Hong Kong :) 

Also discovered amazing Hong Kong designers who I will introduce in my upcoming posts! AND THE FOOD IS AMAZING. I had one of the best dim sum, roast goose, wanton noodles, steamed egg milk pudding and SCRAMBLED EGGS in Hong Kong.

Trend Talk: Peplum

One of my favorite trends this summer, the peplum design. I am currently searching for a pretty peplum top but I have yet to find one! I am heading to Hong Kong on Sunday and hope to find one at my trip there :D

I just love how it hides the unflattering parts of our body ( *coughs* belly ) and a peplum dress is so good for transitioning from work to parties so well!

T-Shirt Dress

I have finally found the perfect t-shirt dress. I picked up this t-shirt dress when I was attending the opening of a Uniqlo outlet at Bugis + last week. It is from the Uniqlo Velvet collection. I am thinking of getting one in another color already!

Btw, this is my hair length now. I know many people says it does not make much difference, but it is a good 4 and a half inches off! And my hair dresser actually had to squat down to cut my hair :x

Get The Look: Pretty Little Liars Hannah and Spencer

Another of my favorite shows, Pretty Little Liars! I am a huge fan of the books as well, and the show did not let me down! Not as much as other shows did *coughs* Gossip Girl. Of the 4 Liars in the show, I loved Hannah and Spencer's looks the most! Hannah is always very fashion forward and in a lot of trendy outfits! This outfit I picked of Spencer's is totally what I would wear if Singapore has winter and I have long legs like hers!!!

Harry Potter: The Exhibition is finally here in Singapore! Being a HUGE Harry Potter fan, I immediately went last Sunday to see all the props in the movie! It was really fascinating as I really grew up with every single books and Harry Potter is literally my entire childhood! And here I am posing with the flying car in the Chamber of Secrets movie <3

Geometric Swan

I got this dress last week at one of my favorite local designer Hansel's boutique! This dress was on sale so I got it immediately! It is one of my favorite collections from Hansel with geometric Swan prints. And my hair is not that long now, it has gone from butt length hair to waist length! Pictures soon :)

Label To Watch: Lalalove

A label based in London and Bangkok, Lalalove is the brainchild of one of Thailand's top stylist, Linda Charoenlab. After graduating from London College of Fashion, Linda started her fashion career in the magazine industry and tried her hands on styling.

This collection titled " We World " is inspired by prints like the night and day sky, thunder, lightning, extinct animals, etc. The message in this collection is to Preserve The Environment. Lalalove was one of the labels at Blueprint 2012 and I fell in love with their long jersey dresses and t-shirts. My personal favorite is the last look, the galaxy print leggings are to die for.

Been wanting to get this watch strapped bracelet from 20: TWO THREE and I finally did! They are one of the upcoming local designers that I really like. This clutch with skull prints and studs is becoming one of my favorite bags ^^ it is very edgy and the perfect touch to any outfit!!
