The Oscars Issue

Instead of studying for my exams yesterday, I dragged the boyf ( Happy 3 Years Anniversary! :) ) out to get a..GUITAR HERO GRIP for my Nintendo DS Lite! I have been contemplating whether to get it or not & I am glad I did! It is so much fun! Travelling around the world earning $$$$. Sigh, I am turning into a game geek! The sequin top I am wearing is from Forever 21. So is the headband! :)

Pellegrin accompanied Winslet as she primped for the red carpet; Downey Jr. as he shared a laugh with his wife; — documentary photographs that both illuminate and examine the lives of celebrated individuals. There were many more but these 2 are my favourite actors :)

It's no secret how much I adore Kate Winslet. I loved her in Titanic, in Little Children, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind & her recent 2 movies Revolutionary Road & The Reader! I really think she deserves an Oscar but up against Meryl, I am not so sure of her chances now :(

Anyone else pissed of Leonardo wasn't nominated?! His performance in RR was so brilliant! Sigh. The photo of Robert Downey Jr wit Jude Law is so precious :)

I was so inspired by this editorial that I decided to wear my pink tutu skirt wit my black tights wit purple hearts out today! It looks like small polka dots from afar but I want one wit huge polka dots!! Btw, Siri's expressions in one of the shots is priceless! How can anyone still look so pretty while making those faces?! I want a red cape like that Miu Miu one in the 4th shot!

Note to Self : DIY a similar flower headpiece like the Christian Dior one!

It is amazing how a pink tutu skirt can get so much attention! Young kids were pointing & laughing at me & I got stared everywhere I go! My, it is only a tutu skirt in pink! Anyway, the presentations & projects are finally over!

I should be preparing for my 2 presentations tomorrow but I can't help but to blog about this! There are many mirror shots this season but this is def my favourite! Iselin & Miesel work so well together! This Ad is so elegant & luxurious! I cannot wait for Iselin to model full time to see more of her works!

I had a presentation today that required me to wear a business shirt. I quickly changed into this dress after it as I feel really uncomfortable in business wear! I didn't bring any shoes to change because I wanted to see if I can survive a school day in heels. AND I DID IT.

I am always wearing this dress. Somehow, it is the dress that I always go for whenever I am in a rush or cannot think of what to wear! Thanks for all the suggestions of games at the previous post :) I am still addicted to Mario Kart!!!

Claudia Schiffer is the new face of YSL. This Ad Campaign is shot in the Hollywood Hills. I love how they cleverly use of the Y sign. The shots are very powerful, iconic, stunning & glamourous! I will kill to have the caged shoes Claudia is wearing!

The sleeves of this top were snipped off today. The sleeves were starting to look really weird & it is far too hot lately anyway. This leopard print rara skir is one of my favourites but I don't know why I don't wear it enough!

I got the Nintendo DS Lite in Metallic Rose. Everyone keeps telling me I should get the PSP instead. My boyf & brother both has it & I don't think the games suit me. Plus PSP is way more expensive & I am already very broke after combining my savings + red packets money for this gadget! ( No $$$ now :( )There is something about gadgets that I can flip open that captures my heart & the pink is way to pretty :)

My laptop & MP3 player is in pink too *beams* Now all I need is a pink casing for my IPhone! Plus the games are fantastic! I am now addicted to Cooking Mama, Mario Kart, Pokemon Diamond & Pokemon Dash! Anymore games to reccomend? :D Plus I have a very cute hello kitty pouch for my Nintendo DS Lite! I am a huge pouch freak. I get very anxious when there is something in my bag that is not in a pouch! Will show the contents of my bag soon!

I have been posting lots of editorials because I really enjoy looking at magazines! This editorial has a great casting of models! There are polka dots, sequins, the amazing Marc Jacobs hats, beautiful colors, crazy prints. What's there not to love about this editorial? :)
