The Oscars Issue

Instead of studying for my exams yesterday, I dragged the boyf ( Happy 3 Years Anniversary! :) ) out to get a..GUITAR HERO GRIP for my Nintendo DS Lite! I have been contemplating whether to get it or not & I am glad I did! It is so much fun! Travelling around the world earning $$$$. Sigh, I am turning into a game geek! The sequin top I am wearing is from Forever 21. So is the headband! :)

Pellegrin accompanied Winslet as she primped for the red carpet; Downey Jr. as he shared a laugh with his wife; — documentary photographs that both illuminate and examine the lives of celebrated individuals. There were many more but these 2 are my favourite actors :)

It's no secret how much I adore Kate Winslet. I loved her in Titanic, in Little Children, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind & her recent 2 movies Revolutionary Road & The Reader! I really think she deserves an Oscar but up against Meryl, I am not so sure of her chances now :(

Anyone else pissed of Leonardo wasn't nominated?! His performance in RR was so brilliant! Sigh. The photo of Robert Downey Jr wit Jude Law is so precious :)

    The RDJ photos actually had me bouncing on my seat. I adore that man and him and his wife are the cutest ever!

    Ooo these photos are gorgeous! =) I love portrait photographs of people in their candid state. It just reveals so much more about them than you'll ever see in magazines or on tv. Kate Winslet looks really pretty. Can't believe Leonardo didn't get nominated too! I read that his performance pretty much anchored the entire show...hopefully I'll get to watch the movie soon. =) Have a great week ahead!

    I'm really excited to see what'll be up with the Oscars. Who will win and whatnot! I've always been such an Oscars-dork since I was young.

    Guitar heroes on the DS is SOO hard!!I have no sense as to how to control my fingers at certain times, its really hard for me to think about doig things with my body lol I cannot control it! like on the wii fit...on the stepping game..i cannot tell my left from right, a loser indeed...!

    I really think Kate Winslet has a chance to win this year!

    Meryl's been nominated about 15 times, and she's won twice? So I think it's Kate's turn, since this will be her seventh nomination.

    I love her too!! She's a great actress and not just a pretty face!! It's the same about Leo.His work wasn't appreciated when being just a young pretty boy, but now that HE IS AN ACTOR, he should get what he deserves!!
