This is why I love jackets. An awesome eyecatching one can instantly spice up a " boring " outfit of just a plain white t-shirt and shorts! Look how awesome these girls look, but yet, if you notice close enough, their outfit beneath a jacket is all very plain! This is why I aim to have 50% of my wardrobe be jackets :P

ReplyDeleteA well-made jacket is forever. It's a classic piece that you can keep in your wardrobe and style many different ways. I'm glad the jacket is "back," although I can't really say that it ever really went away?

I'm catching up with your train of thought, I have bought a LOT of jackets in the past couple of weeks. Faux fur cropped one from Zara is my favourite so far, so warm too!

I agree, jackets can immediately spruce up an outfit and transform it into a total chic one. I've yet to get one that is serious!
ReplyDeletei remember i wrote "jacket" as my most important clothing item when i registered for an account on one site (forgot which). it's been my love since forever. or perhaps "outerwear" is more appropriate. i always just use a shirt as a jacket when it's too warm. the shapeless vest is also a fave outerwear choice.
