Took this checkered denim shirt from the boyfriend's wardrobe! Perfect as outerwear <3 I love the checkered and denim combination. If I am not wrong he got it at Siam Square Night Market at Bangkok!

The weather in Singapore is getting colder so it also means layering up! I am really excited to start wearing all of my jackets but I started with the denim jackets. This dress actually has umbrella prints but I forgot to take a detail shot of the prints. Yet another buy from Bangkok :x

Louis Vuitton Island Maison

Louis Vuitton opened its first Island Maison at the Marina Bay Sands last Saturday. The Louis Vuitton Island Maison has 4 floors and will feature feature the complete selection of men’s and women’s leather goods, ready to wear, shoes and accessories. A Travel Room will also be dedicated to travel luggage and accessories. There is also a private lounge for intimate presentations as well as an outdoor loggia plus a Louis Vuitton Bookstore.

The Opening of the Island Maison was done in style and attended by Cate Blanchett and many Asia celebrities. Guests were transported by boat to continue the after party at One On The Bund, Fullerton Bay Hotel.

I was lucky enough to receive an invite for this event and boy, was I blown away. Louis Vuitton sure knows how to throw a party, and a huge one. Grammy Award winning singer Estelle opened the party with her popular single, American Boy and ended her set with One Love. I was in shock for most of her performance as I couldnt believe I was dancing to One Love, live!!

The whole place was decorated with Louis Vuitton motifs and also an amazing selection of food, I even had laksa packaged in a Louis Vuitton box! :P

After a gazillion years, I am finally back! :x Decided to stop being lazy and take some photos ofmy outfit :P H&M has finally opened in Singapore and they had a media preview where we were allowed to shop with 20% storewide discount! The accessories are really cheap so I bought quite a few pair of earrings :) And this top only costs like, $7?!?!?!?!?!

This is a very overdue outfit post. I have taken this photo last month but have not blogged about it. The shorts are the same pair as of my previous outfit post. I bought 4 of those shorts in Bangkok :P

24 Issey Miyake store in Hakata

The 24 Issey Miyake store is conceived by moment design's Hisaaki Hirawata and Tomohiro Watabe and located in Hakata, Japan.

This store is to stimulate the shopping experience in a store. The bright colors attracts customer's attraction against a simple white background at the store. There are bright lights which causes the clothes to " glow " and creates a lively atmosphere for the shoppers.

Clothes are hung on the wall while small compact transparent plastic spheres will contain the extra clothes in the different sizes. The clothing are piled in balls and stored in the spheres in the middle of the store.

I would love to visit this store when I am at Japan!
