Louis Vuitton Island Maison

Louis Vuitton opened its first Island Maison at the Marina Bay Sands last Saturday. The Louis Vuitton Island Maison has 4 floors and will feature feature the complete selection of men’s and women’s leather goods, ready to wear, shoes and accessories. A Travel Room will also be dedicated to travel luggage and accessories. There is also a private lounge for intimate presentations as well as an outdoor loggia plus a Louis Vuitton Bookstore.

The Opening of the Island Maison was done in style and attended by Cate Blanchett and many Asia celebrities. Guests were transported by boat to continue the after party at One On The Bund, Fullerton Bay Hotel.

I was lucky enough to receive an invite for this event and boy, was I blown away. Louis Vuitton sure knows how to throw a party, and a huge one. Grammy Award winning singer Estelle opened the party with her popular single, American Boy and ended her set with One Love. I was in shock for most of her performance as I couldnt believe I was dancing to One Love, live!!

The whole place was decorated with Louis Vuitton motifs and also an amazing selection of food, I even had laksa packaged in a Louis Vuitton box! :P
