I was adjusting my top when I took this photo but I thought it was pretty cute and I should post it up :) This is my outfit for Day 2 of the Chinese New Year celebrations! I bought this top at Rodfai Night market at a vintage stall for a very good price of $6SGD. I really love the fish prints as I am a huge fan of fishes :)

This eye clutch was found at Chatuchak, Bangkok! I couldn't resist when I saw this adorable handmade clutches and I got a skull clutch as well! Today was my first day at my new job! So far so good, will post up some work outfit soon :)

I just came back from a 5 day trip in Bangkok! This time round I discovered more shopping places like Rodfai Market which is filled w vintage clothes at really cheap prices! I bought this vintage top at Rodfai Market at 3SGD only!

I will do up a proper post on shopping in Bangkok soon :) I had so much fun in Bangkok because the street food is so awesome as well! I will be starting my new job next week and I am excited and scared at the same time! It is not related to fashion! 

I will be starting a new job as Audit Assistant as I graduated from RMIT University with an Accountancy degree. I will also be studying CPA Australia while working to achieve the CPA title so wish me luck for the next chapter of my life :)

I bought this t-shirt when I was at Vietnam last December! There are lots of really adorable graphic tshirts in Vietnam and I bought a lot of them when I was at Vietnam! When I saw this t-shirt, I knew I have to get it cause I am a HUGE fan of batman! Batman is my favorite superhero! And this t-shirt has Bane and Joker as well, my favorite batman villains!

This camo blazer is one of the clothes I tailored at Vietnam, Hoi An! I really love the fit of the blazer and the tailors in Vietnam are really good!!! I bought this tote bag from Forever 21, it matches my top in my previous post really well :)

I bought this top when Forever 21 launched their Hello Kitty collection. I got a matching tote bag too ^^ I bought this pair of pants when I was at Taipei last year! I hardly wear pants but I thought a brown pants would be a great addition to my wardrobe! Dr Martens also sponsored me this pair of patent black 3 eye boots ^^ I have always wanted a pair of 3 eye boots as it is easy to match any outfit!

S.E.A Aquarium

I tailored this camo peplum top when I was in Vietnam last December! The workmanship of the tailors were really good, I received the clothes in a day and this top only costs me 10SGD! I visited the S.E.A Aquarium last week and I was so happy in there! I used to keep fishes as pets too. Definitely a place you should visit when you asre in Singapore!

Sorry for the lack of updates! I went to Kuala Lumpur for a short weekend trip in December and Vietnam for 2 weeks after that! I have been going on holidays as part of my graduation trips and my next one will be Bangkok! After my Bangkok trip I will be starting my first job after I graduated from RMIT University. I have been working for Fashionspace.com for the past 2 years but now I will be more focused on my full time job :) 

This is one of my last few outfits last year! I got the bag when I visited Hello Kitty Town in Johor Bahru! I will update more about my trips in my next few posts I promise!

Ally Capellino Photoshoot

When Bloggers Meet

When Michelle Koesnadi was in town last week, she organised a small brunch with 2 other indonesian bloggers, Catherine and Fhenny! It was a good time of catching up, fun, and lots of laughter! Batik Day #2

Today is National Batik Day in Indonesia so I wore the batik scarf that the girls behind Batik Day sent me! This time I wore it loosely like a men's tie. I got this neon orange jacket when I was at Kuala Lumpur 2 weeks back, yes I have a similar one that I got from Hong Kong. But, you can never have too many neon orange jackets :P

Batik Day

A group of people who adore batik in Indonesia, started a social movement called Batik Day on October 2 to support Indonesia's National Heritage and National Batik Day. I was invited to participate in this social movement along with many other fashion bloggers. The lovely girls behind Batik Day sent me this beautiful batik scarf and iPad batik case.

Batik is a cloth that uses a manual wax-resist dyeing technique. It takes 5 years to learn the skills to draw on the white cloth to wax the lines to separate the sections of the drawing. I think it is great movement to protect and spread Indonesia's national heritage and I am delighted to be involved in it.

I received the batik scarf and iPad case today and styled it very simply with this black lace dress of mine. I love the print and a scarf is really versatile! I will try styling it in other ways like a men's tie and post up some photos soon! I used the iPad case as a clutch because I do not own an iPad.
